This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Dutch law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You can:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The seal must not be broken (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period

Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with EU consumer law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Products that have been used or consumed

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return (optional)
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Instructions

We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Return the product in its original packaging to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

5. Refunds

Timing

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Method

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Deductions

If the value of the goods has been reduced by any use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may deduct a proportionate amount from the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at approximately €10-15 for standard shipping within the Netherlands, and may vary for international returns.

If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Do not open or use the product
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:

  • Return the original product following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired product

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
  • If you still haven't received your refund, contact us

11. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, you must wait to receive it and then follow the return process.

12. Legal Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under EU and Dutch law, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the satisfactory quality standard. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
